Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid Royal Mail shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any local Post Office or designated collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
